PNP always claim they are always on top of the situation anent Iloilo City's peace and order situation. Yet, until this time, nobody was ever apprehended everytime the Bungkal KOtse Gang attacks! What's that? Poor intelligence? No Police visibility? I can only imagine how these criminals laugh their asses out as they are outsmarting the PNP 10 to Zero.
