For the guys here who work in Iloilo City-based call centers or who are in the know about the recent BPO companies here, have you heard if Transcom Asia would be putting up a branch here as well?

Please confirm.

Thanks!

Lets start hoping more call centers will put up sites there in Iloilo. Its already half of the year but still no additional big companies. Pirme lang sila ga outsource dira sa Iloilo kag irelocate in cebu or manila pero wala gid ga put up sites. hahay.

How much revenue does a call center give to a city?

it depends....the BIR have guidelines for that...if the operation of that call center is bigger than the other there....so the revenue will follow also.......... .

I believe there is a more concrete numerical answer to my question dude. This is the business side of call centers that I want to know. If someone here can provide CVP (cost-volume-profit) answers, we might know why big-named call centers make Iloilo City only an interim choice to put up their businesses.

Let's say an SME investing 1 million for its operation, how much profit can it generate and the taxes that will be translated from this profit (if any)?
