well there are reason why thre is a need for one.. and there are also reason why it is not needed..
its just a matter of which of two would you prefer..

as for me.. I'd prefer no universal uniform.. but then again, I am no longer a student there so my opinion would not matter

Graduating nako sang gin implement ina, kag ang amun gina gamit ya Alternative Uniform.
