Why do most men laugh if they find out that a guy has not been circumcised yet? Does it matter?

i noticed that as well, ca philippine culture na cia. if you go somewhere else in other parts of the globe, especially sa britain, they dont care.

pero hygiene wise, tuli has the advantage. pero ca feeling, nontuli has the advatage daw (for the males).

pero its up to you kung mamati ka ca iban nga pinoy. or on what your culture is.

Howdy syrin! Unfortunately, it's not just the male species who laugh. I will not try to justify this behavior but there is a reason behind it.

In the Philippines, circumcision is considered your welcome ticket to manhood, hence, you are seen as "unmanly" if you're still er.."armored" and you're already way past 12 years old. But don't fret because half of those pretentious bastards who go along with the laughing had their circumcisions done when they were babies and would have no recollection whatsoever of the experience. And you are probably old enough anyway to know that even if a guy had his circumcision later in life and experienced the highly memorable pains of it, it has absoultely nothing to do with manliness.

However, it has something to do with hygiene. The stinky smegma is enough of a reason for me to make circumcision matter.

i think circumcision can be traced by religious practices. not really cultural. ang mga pinoy laban tuli kay majority sa aton christiano, pero lately na malang ina nag uso. mga lolo ta daw kalabanan indi gani tuli.  i don't think mga moslem, hindu kag iban na relihiyon wala naga pati sini, nupa famous gid sila na putyong.. Sa america gani may nag sue, kon ngaa abi gina tuli dayon ang baby as soon nga pagkabata nila, dapat daw padakuon anay ang bata para siya ma decide kon gusto niya o indi magpa tuli.
