im not staying in QC but if you want a good place, here in sta. cruz, 6.5K ang monthly rental. you can choose either studio type or singles bedroom. with CR and kitchen. yun nga lang, sariling bayad ang tubig at kuryente. pwede 3 persons at a time. ^_^

my sister and i have been living here for almost 3 years na. nice ang environment. yun nga lang, medyo magahod everytime may sunog kay lapit kami di sa station sang fire volunteers. but if you prefer pa rin QC, i'll ask some of my friends.

Batian ko nga daw continuous ang demolition job sang QC LGU sang mga squatting residents dira. I know someone in QC whose apartment building was included in the demolition.

sige bi, wala pa man ko prospect na place, gamankot-mankot pa man lang ko. kay mas mayo kung may naka-agi na sa lugar...
basta SAFE, lapit sa palengke =) , mayo tubig. =)

For P6,000, you can already get a studio-type apartment at the areas behind and near Quezon City Hall, V. Luna, Kamias, even Anonas Avenue. Lapit ini sila tanan sa mga convenience stores, police station (Station 9), LRT/MRT stations, wala problema sa tubig, kag 24 hours ang availability sang salakyan. Just stay away from the West Kamias part kay masabad ang mga tawo didto.

If you're lucky, you can get a room for two at Teacher's Village for the same amount. Or, if you don't mind staying at Krus Na Ligas, which is just beside the UP campus, you can even get an entire mini-house for P6,000.

These locations are also near the Power Up gym in Balara/Tandang Sora.
